Trained as a geographer, Dr. Chusak’s work over the years has been focused on community-based natural resource management, agrarian transformation, tourism and development, environmental governance, ethnic relations, land relations in Southeast Asia, and border studies.
He teaches courses in human ecology, human geography, political ecology, and development geography.
